thank you for your interest in “living the power.” ever since i was a little girl, i asked questions and had ongoing curiosity about the nature of the energy that animated us, where it came from, where it went when we died. i always knew i was part of something bigger, deeper, richer than my own existence and that of the people in my family and my little-girl world. i felt it. i wanted to know more about it. i didn’t know at the time that i was asking about consciousness and intention.

as i grew and matured, my family, my religious teachers, my schools all did their best with the lessons of their culture and history to help me find answers, and some of it worked for me…but i had always had this sense of incompleteness. a bit like cleaning a floor, but only getting the middle…i still had to get the corners. most of my adult life has been the spiritual path of getting the corners, and the fresh curiosity of a little girl grew into a lifelong quest for answers. answers that have been sought for ages by people of all cultures, educational levels and backgrounds.

some people have found answers in various organized religions and different theologies, some in science and traditions. i became a student of philosophies , religions, sciences and traditions, and saw that at the core of the world’s great wisdom and cultural traditions was the same message: live in harmony with each other and the universe, and you live with peace. the intent of the forms of this wisdom was to create roadmaps for the way we live this message – we as people on spiritual journeys just had to find the map that worked for us in our daily living.

my reading and studies took me to characters, archetypes and mythical figures in literature, and mathematicians, doctors and physicists in the sciences all seeking to depict, order, quantify and qualify all that is…all the intention of the universe. the book stack continues to grow - and i continue to learn. i might not have all the answers, but i am getting more comfortable with the questions.

the past 25 years has lead me to understanding how i am living the power and intention of the universe, and this understanding can be summed up in a few words: who i am gets lived where i am. i share this summation with others who seek guidance for living with balance, joy and abundance: who you are gets lived where you are.
